About Me

I’m Maia Kozheva, a 24-year-old (as of this writing) programmer; Java programmer by occupation, open source enthusiast and volunteer Ubuntu MOTU and Debian Maintainer. Probably one of the least stereotypical Russians you’ll meet on the Internet.

In my spare time, I occasionally write fanfiction, and am now planning an original fiction story in co-authorship with Alice, my muse and lesbian love.

This blog is mostly for Ubuntu-related posts and random musings from my daily life. My gender- and feminism-related posts are eventually going to move to my new Dreamwidth blog, since I don’t think they are of interest to anyone here. Not that anyone reads either of these blogs anyway. Except when linked from Planet Ubuntu, of course.
